• Wagyu Beef and Bacon Burger: 150gm Wagyu beef patty cooked pink w/ streaky Bacon, molten Gruyere cheese, caramelized onion, pickles and chipotle mayo 

Chicken Burger: Lemon, garlic and thyme marinated chicken thigh w/ house pickled red peppers, mozzarella, tomato relish and iceberg lettuce

• Red Lentil and Root Veg Burger: House made red lentil, sweet potato and carrot patty w/ raita, Peco de gallo, pickled jalapenos and roquette

• Lamb Burger: 150gm Lamb patty w/ pickled minted shallots, harissa,iceberg lettuce and bacon

• Open (Kangaroo) Steak Sandwich: Porcini seasoned, barbequed kangaroo loin served with buttered beetroot, horseradish mayonnaise and a stone-fruit and rosemary salsa atop Lievito organic light rye
