Poutine

What is Poutine? Poutine comes from our friends in Canada, probably Quebec. Traditionally it is chips, gravy and cheese curd. We have not got a traditional poutine on account of we can’t find any good cheese curd but we have made some variations of the traditional dish by topping your chips with other tasty goodies 

• Lamb Poutine topped with pulled lamb, parmesan and gravy then finished with a mint and onion salad

• Mushroom and caramelized onion Poutine topped with porcini, Swiss brown and field mushrooms, parmesan cheese, gravy and caramelised onions
• Duck Poutine topped with fricassee duck, parmesan, then gravy and finished with pickled jalapenos, red onion and coriander
